Painting in the 'Reykjavik Hall of Fame'

Going to Reykjavik, my friend Sigrun already hooked me up to paint with another female artist there (more on my collaboration with her later). One of the great things about the graffiti culture and social media is that once you publicize that you are traveling anywhere in the world - other writers come forward and usually make their way to paint or organize a wall. Thanks to Dan from Montana Colors who hooked me up with CLONE and CASIO - Icelandic graffiti writers. The were really no graffiti supply shops in Reykjavik, I only heard of one which only sold limited belton black and white spraypaint, thats because they were going out of business. So the only source was to go to an art suppply store who only sold German Montana. The price of spraypaint was almost double of that in New York. Luckily for some discounts I was able to load up in vast array of colors for my first piece in Iceland! I went for the gold...

The boys decided to paint using roller paint as a fillin' for their pieces....I don't blame them...spraypaint is way too expensive there..
